- Foreign students who come to Turkey to study or are in Turkey
(1) are obliged to take the necessary procedures and obtain documents (Foreign National Identity Number, etc.) according to Turkish Laws.
(2) are obliged to obtain a residence permit from Bursa Governorship Provincial Immigration Administration (within 1 month from the date of entry with a student visa) before starting their education.
(3) are obliged to submit a Student Certificate to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management every year, based on the residence permit obtained from the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management during their education.
(4) are obliged to notify the Student Affairs Office of any changes related to their personal, marital and educational status within 15 days at the latest.
(5) want to extend their stay during their education, they are obliged to get a new one from the local Provincial Directorate of Migration Management, within 15 days from the expiry of the period written on their residence permit, provided that they certify that they continue their education.
(6) obliged to apply to the relevant authorities immediately and get a new one within 15 days in case they lose their residence permit or passport.
(7) are obliged to notify the local Provincial Directorates of Migration Management of the places they leave or transfer to, in case they change their educational institution, residence address or contact phone number within 48 hours.
