THIS IS THE STUDENT APPLICATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE 2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR.

YOU HAVE THE RIGTH TO APPLY TO THREE DEPARTMENTS

Only the graduated students can apply to the announcement.

 TR-YÖS is required from those who graduate from schools affiliated with the Turkish Ministry of National Education, even if these schools are located abroad. (within the Embassy)

The registration of foreign students, who do not have the legal right to stay in Turkiye, will not be possible. (Those with residence violation)

All students from the countries listed below who have been accepted to study at our university are required to undergo tuberculosis screening and submit the certificate issued by the tuberculosis control dispensaries during the final registration process. Please click here for the full list of countries.

Departments with compulsory English preparatory courses:

Students must complete English preparatory courses after completing TÖMER A1, A2, B1, B2, and C1 courses. Students with good English skills can take the English exam administered by the School of Foreign Languages; if they pass the exam, they can proceed directly to their department without completing the preparatory course (Students who will study in the English preparatory program pay the tuition fee of the department they are admitted to).

• Dual citizens holding both Turkish citizenship and the citizenship of a Balkan country, who have graduated from a high school in Türkiye accredited by the Ministry of National Education (MEB)
• Those who can document that they hold a Blue Card issued upon request to individuals who have lost Turkish citizenship,

ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADMISSION QUOTAS.

Applicants who completed their secondary education (high school) in Türkiye and hold citizenship solely from a Balkan country (holding citizenship of a Balkan country and not holding Turkish citizenship) must apply using one of the TR-YÖS exams specified in the guide. Applications from candidates applying with a high school diploma grade obtained in Türkiye will not be evaluated. Applicants who graduated from high schools located abroad that are affiliated with the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB) must also apply using one of the TR-YÖS exams specified in the guide. Only students who have already graduated are eligible to apply for this call.

Students who are placed with SAT exam results are required to verify their exam results from the system during final registration.

Only Turkish language certificates issued by Bursa Technical University (BUSRATÖMER), Yunus Emre Institute and Turkish as a Foreign Language Exam (e-YDTS) administered by ÖSYM  are accepted.

Not: Türkiye de yaşayan ve ödemesini TL olarak yapmak isteyen öğrencilerimiz için ödeme yapacağı günün T.C. Merkez Bankası alış kuru temel alınacaktır.

The acceptance letter will be sent to student after the 2,000.00TL (Guidance, Consultancy and Orientation Fee) and 250.00 USD (BURSATÖMER tuition fee) fees are both transferred to the BTU bank account. The receipts should be sent to intoffice@btu.edu.tr and bursatomer@btu.edu.tr. Otherwise, registration WILL NOT successfully finished and the acceptance letter WILL NOT send.
